An Introduction to the AFSB Group

Aim-Force Sdn Bhd (“AFSB”)
The history of AFSB can be traced back to 1999, when one of the co-founders of the Group acquired Syarikat T-Plan Sdn Bhd, a dormant company originally registered under the Companies Act, 1965 on 10 April 1986. The company changed to its present name on 24 September 1999. AFSB’s principal activity is provision of proprietary Enterprise Mobility Solutions specialising in areas such as e-enforcement (e-EnforcementTM), sales force automation (RouteForce™) and supply chain management (WarehouseForce™).

Aim-Force Software Sdn Bhd (“AFSSB”)
AFSSB was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 21 November 2002. The company is principally involved in the R&D of the AFSB Group’s range of proprietary solutions. The reason behind the setting up of AFSSB is to help the Group conceive new development methodologies in order to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy and security of its range of Enterprise Mobility Solutions.
